Hello,

The House Chilled Water Shutdown and Dead Leg Removal was a success this weekend. Work was performed without any unplanned disruptions to the Facility and patient care.

The established "Plan of Action and Contingency" was implemented and maintained by TDI and the team throughout the shutdown. The pre-planning and coordination leading up to the shutdown was monument. TDI’s understanding and leadership knowing what was required to make the project successful was second to none.

The Kitchell team wanted to acknowledge and thank all involved! Please convey to the field team, and TDI’s second tier Trade Partners (AZ Tap Master Inc) ,they were the ones that implemented the plan and made it a success. Thank you!

Patrick L. Samford, Project Superintendent Kitchell Contractors

Don,

I would like to take a minute and share my experience with Tap Masters on July 15, 2013 at Banner Desert Medical Center. I know from experience working in customer service that 99% of the time when you hear from a customer after the job is because they have a complaint. Well, I want to be the 1% that reaches out and shares the good experiences.

When the crew (lousy on names) showed up to work on the cooling tower at Banner Desert Medical Center I was surprised of the youth of the two individuals that where going to perform the job. I was observing their actions and the approach they had on the job and they had the confidence as if they had been doing this for 20 years. They were very efficient and knew exactly what the next step was without any hesitation, and finished the job in a timely and very professional manner.

I would be very proud as an employer to have such a fine crew working for me & to send them out as a representative of a company. Please pass this to them and I would be more than happy to have them back on this Banner campus for any further work.

GREAT JOB.

Thank you
